Cable Structure

  1. Conductor: Aluminum wire, compacted
  2. Conductor Screen: Semiconductive layer on the conductor
  3. Insulation: XLPE
  4. Insulation Screen: Semiconductive layer on the insulation
  5. Electrical Protection/Screen: Made of copper wires
  6. Separator: Thermal insulation, polyester wire
  7. Outer Sheath: PE-HD or PVC
  8. Support Wire: Galvanized steel wire, 50 mm², protected with PE coating

Area of Application
For overhead power line poles. Partially underground, in ducts, or on brackets during transitions to or from overhead networks. As a distribution cable in rural networks. As a connection cable for industrial plants.

NOTE:

  1. The support galvanized steel wire has a breaking strength of at least 72.11 kN with an elasticity modulus of 1750 daN/mm².
  2. Cables can be manufactured with a waterproof electrical protection design, and the cable bundle is designated as XHE 49/0-A(EB-AXCeWnp St).
