Structure of the Cable

  1. Conductor: Copper stranded, waterproof
  2. Conductor Screen: Semiconductive layer on the conductor
  3. Insulation: XLPE
  4. Insulation Screen: Semiconductive layer on the insulation
  5. Electrical Protection/Screen: Made of copper wires (single-core) or copper tape (three-core), longitudinally waterproof (XHE 49/…) or longitudinally and transversely waterproof (XHE 46/…)
  6. Inner Sheath: PE-HD
  7. Armoring: Special aluminum round (XHE 46/29) or steel round wire
  8. Outer Sheath: PE-HD

Field of Application
As a submarine distribution or connection cable.
