Welding Wires Manufactured According to BS Standards

BS 6360, BS 6899

Cable Structure

  1. Conductor: Copper fine wire strand
  2. Separator: Polyester foil
  3. Sheath: Rubber compound based on nitrile-butadiene (NBR)
  • Sheath Color: According to the table

Area of Application
A cable of normal flexibility used as a high-current conductor from the electric welding machine to the electrode, or as a ground conductor. In addition to manual welding, it can also be used in the automotive industry, shipbuilding, transport systems, production lines, tool manufacturing, and with welding robots. These cables maintain their high flexibility under the influence of ozone, light, oxygen, protective gases, oil, and gasoline. The robust construction makes them resistant to cold, heat, and fire. They are suitable for outdoor use, as well as in dry and humid conditions.
