Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and responsible individual to lead and coordinate accounting activities and contribute their expertise to the effective financial management of our company.

What will be your focus?

• organizing and coordinating tasks and staff within the department; supervision and control of the execution of work tasks
• coordination of accounting activities with other services in the company
• monitoring and implementation of financial plans
• preparation of financial reports for the Tax Administration, FINA, banks
• preparation of financial reports for the needs of the Administration
• preparation of final accounts (monthly and quarterly)
• VAT calculation (monthly and annually)
• preparation of various analyses
• monitoring of laws and regulations in the field of accounting and finance
• harmonization of internal accounting procedures and processes with legal regulations
• analysis of operations, profitability and costs
• preparation of financial plans, budgets and projections and monitoring of their realization
• analysis of deviations from plans and proposing corrective measures
• management of cash flows and liquidity of the company
• cooperation with banks and monitoring of credit obligations
• control of payment and collection of receivables
• preparation of cash flow reports and other management reports
• ensuring timely and accurate information for the management’s decision-making
• other jobs according to the order of the immediate manager

What do we expect?

• VŠS/VSS in economics or a related field
• at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• good knowledge of accounting, finance and tax regulations
• analytical, organized and responsible
• ability to work independently and coordinate a team
