ELKA Introduces Advanced Waste Management System with Guidetti Technology
ELKA is proud to announce the acquisition of a modern waste management system, featuring Guidetti’s innovative series of pre-shredders.
This advanced system is capable of handling electric cables with either copper or aluminum, non-ferrous metals, rubber, plastics and more, with a remarkable production capacity ranging from 300 to 3000 kg/h. This versatility allows us to effectively manage and recycle materials, contributing to our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
In addition, this system is accompanied with a new conveyor belt providing an ideal solution for the removal of iron parts. This feature significantly reduces the risk of damage during subsequent grinding processes, ensuring smoother operations and enhanced safety.
One of the standout features of this system is its ability to recover 100% of the copper from the recycling process of electric cables. With this advancement, tailings will no longer pose a problem, further streamlining our recycling operations.
