Job Description

• receiving, controlling and archiving documentation
• posting incoming invoices
• posting bank statements
• reconciliation of analytical cards of customers and suppliers
• participation in VAT calculation
• recording of fixed assets and calculation of depreciation
• reconciliation and control of general ledger accounts;
• coordination of the activities of the accounting department with the activities of other departments
• participation in the preparation of statistical / financial reports, if necessary, independently preparing calculations and reports for smaller companies
• participation in the preparation of corporate tax returns
• preparation of data and documentation for audit purposes

Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:

• at least 3 years of experience in accounting (experience in INFOR LN is an advantage)
• completed high school/university/university degree in economics (preferably accounting, auditing and/or finance)
• excellent knowledge of accounting regulations
• possession of analytical skills and a proactive approach to work
• knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• knowledge of English in speech and writing
• responsibility, accuracy, teamwork
• desire to acquire new knowledge and skills

High school, Higher education, Master’s degree, University bachelor’s degree
