Cable Structure:

  1. Conductor: Tinned copper wire class 2, IEC 60228 (see table)
  2. Separator: Mica tape
  3. Insulation: XLPE, according to IEC 60092-351
  4. Individual pair screen: Metalized polyester tape with drainage wire
  5. Separator: As required
  6. Common screen: Metalized polyester tape with drainage wire
  7. Filler and inner sheath: Polyolefin-based mixture
  8. Armoring: Braid made of tinned copper wires (minimum density 90%)
  9. Sheath: Polyolefin, type SHF 1 according to IEC 60092-359 (SHF 2 on request)

Colors:

  • Sheath color: Gray or orange
  • Insulation colors: White or black, numbered: 1, 2…n

Pair construction: 1-2; 3-4; 5-6
