Cable Structure

  1. Conductor: Copper wire class 2, IEC 60228, see table
  2. Separator: Mica tape
  3. Insulation: XLPE, according to IEC 60092-351
  4. Separator: As required
  5. Common shield: Metalized polyester tape with drain wire
  6. Inner cover: Tape wrapped with overlap, halogen-free, non-hygroscopic
  7. Armoring: Braid of copper wires (min density 90%)
  8. Sheath: Polyolefin, type SHF 1 according to IEC 60092-359 (SHF 2 upon request)

Sheath Color: Gray or orange

Insulation Colors: White or black, with numbers: 1, 2…n

Pair Construction: 1-2; 3-4; 5-6
