Structure of the Cable
- Conductor: Tinned copper wire, class 2, IEC 60228 (50-300 mm² sector shape), see table.
- Separator: According to requirements.
- Insulation: XLPE, according to IEC 60092-351.
- Filler and Inner Sheath: Polyolefin-based mixture.
- Armoring: Braid of tinned copper wires (min. density 90% + copper-polyester tape wrapped, copper side in contact with the braid).
- Sheath: Polyolefin, type SHF 1 according to IEC 60092-359 (SHF 2 on request).
- Sheath Color: Black or gray.
Insulation Colors:
- Single-core: Black or gray.
- Two-core: Black, blue.
- Three-core: Black, blue, brown (or green/yellow).
- Four-core: Black, blue, brown, white (or green/yellow).
- Five-core: Black, black, blue, brown, white (or green/yellow).
- Seven and multi-core: White or black with numbers 1…n.
