Screened, Medium Voltage, Armored, Low Smoke Halogen-Free Cable for 3.6/6 kV and 6/10 kV

Structure of the Cable

  1. Conductor: Tinned round copper wire, class 2, IEC 60228, see table.
  2. Semiconducting Layer: SC XLPE.
  3. Insulation: XLPE, according to IEC 60092-351.
  4. Screen: Copper tape or copper wire.
  5. Filler and Inner Sheath: Polyolefin-based mixture.
  6. Armor: Braid of tinned copper wires (min density 90%).
  7. Sheath: Polyolefin, type SHF 1 according to IEC 60092-359 (SHF 2 upon request).
    • Sheath Color: Black or red.

Marking on the Sheath: ELKA CS ATOX-MARIN BXHOZO-HFTG nxSmm².
