Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical, Mechanical and Energy Engineer (m/f) who will support maintenance, technology, and production activities, as well as contribute to technology development and production optimization within our plant. Working closely with internal teams, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Maintenance, Technology and Production:

 

  • Planning and organizing preventive maintenance activities
  • Researching new materials and technologies
  • Fault diagnosis and defining methods for resolving more complex breakdowns
  • Managing retrofits/overhauls of electrical equipment and machine
  • Developing installation plans for new equipment and participating in commissioning/start-up
  • Taking care of MRT devices and monitoring/adjusting parameters on electronic controllers/regulators
  • Repairing equipment and ordering spare parts
  • Updating technical and mechanical documentation with implemented changes
  • Participating in the maintenance of industrial computer systems
  • Job Type: Permanent

Technology Development and Production Optimization:

 

  • Preparing technological/production documentation (TPD) in cooperation with the Development/R&D department
  • Direct monitoring of machine production (trial runs, pilot/zero series and serial production)
  • Raw material inspection/control in the plant
  • Continuous work on improving production technology

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitoring, analyzing and improving capacity utilization, product quality, machine downtime and scrap/waste levels
  • Monitoring and preparing monthly reports on production costs
  • Participating in plant inventory counts
  • Participating in the development and introduction of new products and production lines
  • Providing professional training for plant employees
  • Conducting internal audits
  • Maintaining plant records and documentation
  • Acting as deputy for the Plant Manager during their absence

Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:

 

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Teamwork and strong communication skill
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Excel, Internet, AutoCAD, Infor LN
  • Driving license

 

Education Levels:

 

University degree / Professional bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree (or equivalent)
