Ruđer Friganović was appointed the director of ELKA d.o.o., while the former director of the company Damir Begović takes the position of the Management’s advisor, as announced after the meeting of ELKA’s Supervisory Board on 13.5.2015.
Beside the new director Boris Teški was appointed as a procurator.

Ruđer Friganović (born in 1967) before coming to ELKA was director of the company Croatian shipbuilding – Jadranbrod d.d., and before that the secretary of state for industry at the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Croatia, director of the Sector for industry in the Croatian Chamber of economy, and vice president for corporate management in the Croatian Privatisation Fund.

Boris Teški (born in 1961) comes to ELKA with the experience of a member of the management of Lura d.d. (Dukat), and before that he worked as director of the division Veterina i agrar (Animal health and agrochemicals) in Pliva d.d and director of the company Pliva Ljubljana. Before that he worked in Auto Hrvatska d.d. and in Tehnika d.d.

With its extensive experience the new management should contribute to continued positioning of ELKA in the domestic and foreign markets and business restructuring of the company.
