Flat rubber insulated conductors for elevators and cranes

ISE – E003

1-conductor: tinned copper fine wire rope
2-insulation: rubber compound based on ethylene-propylene elastomer (EPDM)
3-sheath: rubber compound based upon polychloroprene elastomer (PCP)

sheath colour: black
Flat insulated conductors are used for feeding of control-signalling circuits of cranes, transporters and in other cases when round insulated conductors are not suitable. Operating conditions can be very hard.
They are constantly exposed to mechanical strains such as: tensile stress, torsion and wear, weathering factors and to the action of greases and oils.
They are used in outdoor areas such as factory workshops, where contacts with oils and greases are possible.
Application within temperature range: -35°C do +80°C
type mark: DEpN/U-Y
standard: ISE - E003
nominal voltage: 300/500 V
testing voltage: 2000 V

core marking:
4 core conductor: light blue, green/yellow, brown and black
conductor above 4 cores: all cores black, except one green/yellow, places alyaws in the middle of insulated conductor.
