The present catalogue covers a new generation of installation cables for power and signalling installations with a special relationship to the fire, that find their application in building complexes, residential, industrial and numerous other facilities of special importance.

Electrical installations are in a large percentage the cause of fire in buildings that pose a threat to the people’s lives. The most common cause of death in the fire are the emissions of toxic gases and smoke due to which are mortally injured almost 50% of all victims.

Fire resistant cables are flame-retardant, they burn slowly, release a small amount of heat, do not emit toxic and corrosive gases, do not spread fire, and they develop a minimal quantity of smoke.

Fire resistant cables of type E90 ensure extended functionality of the system of at least 90 minutes.

All this provides more time to the people leaving the building due to fire, and poses less risk to the rescue teams.

We hope that this catalogue will help designers and maintenance services to make a right choice of cables when it comes to the security of people, facilities and functionality of the system.
